An eclipse is a display of the relationship between Earth and the Universe. It’s a reminder that our planet does not live in a vacuum, it does not exist alone, but exists as part of a larger community.
The same is true for each of us and we feel the energy of eclipses in our personal lives. You may be experiencing an emotional push for change, especially if one has
been needed but you’ve put it off. This Sunday, May 20, 2012, we will have an Annular Solar Eclipse New Moon in Gemini at 0 degrees and since this placement is close to the Moon’s South Node, emotions will tend to take center stage.
This could easily be a time you spend grieving losses, reliving the past, dealing with anger or on a brighter side reminiscing good times with good people. Go with the flow and give this time what it needs, what you need. Use it as a time for looking inward and backward in order to learn, clear old scripts and grow.
