Jupiter, at 17 degrees Aquarius, goes direct in a few days, October 12th. Have you started feeling some optimism, hope, and sensing a light up ahead? Jupiter represents a feel good energy, cheerful and lighthearted, all about bigger, better, expansion, expectation and success.  In fact, if not held in check just a bit you could prematurely splurge…. Hate when that happens.

This is a good time to pursue your ideals of how life could be, expand on those mind bending ideas and dreams, land that new job or expand on the old one, know your truth and speak it, travel, explore new places and new consciousness raising ideas.

At this same time Venus and Pluto trine each other. Venus represents love, beauty and pleasure and a trine is a beneficial aspect…. and anytime powerful Pluto is involved there is intensity, passion and usually drama, maybe even compulsions and obsessions. Even if you adhere to “there is no such thing as too much of a good thing”… when Pluto enters the picture fasten your seat belts.

We have a Full Moon in (11*) Aries this weekend.

Have you noticed how fired up people are? Be careful on the road.  Aries energy is fiery, assertive, active, take charge. It can even be impulsive, explosive, aggressive.  Repressed anger can make its way to the surface and easily ignite a situation. This fire energy can be used destructively …or wisely and constructively. Be aware and handle with care!

For people feeling stuck, anger can energize them, bringing them out of a funk, getting their motor running when they need something to snap them out of depression or stagnation.

I’ve noticed many people this week feeling the need to make personal changes. If you’ve been sitting still or holding your position even though you sense the need to make personal changes, you may find this Full Moon propelling you forward, giving you the impetus and/or courage to change it, make it, start it, clean it, finish it, say it, move it, hug it, love it, sponsor it, support it, celebrate it….. “just do it”.

In the midst of all this action…. keep in mind, we have a Saturn/Uranus opposition in the heavens.  Adding to this active Aries Full Moon, “expect the unexpected” (Uranus) applied to physical structures; bodies, vehicles, buildings (Saturn)….. leads me to say Stay Alert! Pay attention. Be aware of your surroundings. Drive carefully, Watch what you’re doing.

Once I literally ran into a wall rendering me unconscious during a time with this mixture of energies present. My emotional state was aggravation and frustration about a family situation, and I was reading a piece of paper while walking up to a cafe from the parking lot, didn’t see the curb, jammed my foot into it, falling forward I tried to get my feet back under me as quick as possible which threw me forward into head butting a concrete wall, which immediately knocked me unconscious and flipped me backwards flat on my back, right in front of all those people trying to have a nice lunch at the cafe. I came to, circled by those frightened, concerned strangers asking me questions that I couldn’t quite understand much less answer.  If you were there, yep, that was me and I want to say thanks for your compassion and help. I would have expressed my appreciation at the time had I been able to find my thoughts and tongue.

So often I learn things the hard way. hmmmm

On the up side, used with conscious awareness:

1. Applying the energy of taking initiative (represented by Aries) 2. to inventive, unique, unexpected ideas/concepts/happenings (Uranus) 3. to the construct of our bodies, buildings, vehicles, homes, planet, etc. (Saturn) ….. 4. holds unlimited potential for making needed changes, discovering creative and healthier ways to live and solving challenges.

I can get safely fired up for that!

Quantum physicists have demonstrated that what we previously thought was solid matter, is, at its core, fundamentally fields of information, intelligence and energy. Simplistically, we’ve all seen how a different perspective can alter an experience for someone. When consciousness is applied or observation is made, things fall into place at that point. Scientists call this “collapsing the wave”, meaning the act of perceiving, observing something causes the energy waves to fall into form at that point.  In other words, stop in their tracks, fall into position, take form.

Our level of belief, awareness, intent, imagination, consciousness is powerful. We create with it. We get well with it. We make art pieces, sing and plant food with it. And if coming from a place of higher awareness, wisdom, integrity, and compassion we can shift and direct energy with inspiring results.

We are more capable than we realize. We live at the point of infinite possibilities. And we have choices. Where do you want to “collapse the wave”?

Our Full Moon in Sagittarius and Sun in Gemini make beneficial aspects to, and shine full spotlight on Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius. A higher level of awareness is called for, expanded consciousness, heart centered integrity, and higher vision.

The time is now.

I had a very mysterious thing happen yesterday at work. Money just disappeared out of my hand, just seemed to vanish into thin air. One minute I was holding it, the next it was gone. Bizarre. On top of that, I got a parking ticket.

Neptune is retrograde and I have several planets in Pisces. Eeek. Dissolving is one of the energies of Neptune. Did my money dissolve into thin Aquarius air? Regardless, my message especially to you air and water people… Stay grounded.

Tips: Get outside, work in the garden, sit on the grass, dig your toes into the dirt or sand, bask in the sunlight, moonlight, or starlight. And you can imagine a cord that connects you to the center of the Earth where it is anchored into the Earth’s core. Don’t snicker, it works! Try it, you’ll like it.

To further complicate things, Uranus (expect the unexpected), which rules Aquarius (air sign) is just sitting there twiddling its thumbs at 26 degrees Pisces (water) while it exactly aspects my moon in my second house (money and personal resources – hmmm).

Pressing the point for me… and many of you…Keep yourself grounded.

Well, having Neptune, Jupiter and Chiron sharing the same degree of Aquarius make for some wizardly-ness of their own. Its riding on the wind, actually on the electrical currents in the air (Aquarius).

Neptune, in its highest sense, is our connector to the ideal; Oneness, wholeness, our completeness, our higher true self. Neptune and Pisces symbolize the gathering and integrating of all the zodiac signs, all the puzzle pieces into the whole, our oneness with Source.

Jupiter is the Truth connection; higher consciousness, integrity, enlightenment, the Truth of our being the essence of the Divine.  When the ugliness of greed and cruelty parades as truth, its important that it be uncovered and revealed. This energy of Truth is working, like yeast in bread dough, to raise the level of consciousness.

Chiron shows us the wound and pushes us toward healing. Chiron represents the Wounded Healer, the part of us that doesn’t run from the issue but rather looks for the gift, the strength, the transcendance of the challenge. When the *%&# hits the fan, Chiron would have us use it as fertilizer for growth…..so to speak.

Anyway….. With these three biggies together in Aquarius, you’ve probably noticed some wizardly things. Divine grace is active and easily touched. Can you feel it in the air? Have some mystical things happened? Has an innovative idea come to you out of the blue? Did you manifest rent money when there seemed no way?

Mercury makes its station to turn direct today, May 30, 2009.

This means it stops appearing to move backward in the sky and appears to pause to change to a forward movement once again. Of course all of this is an optical illusion as seen from Earth because we are also in motion. The sensation of the backward or forward motion is enough.

Now it will be easier to let “reflecting” take a back seat.  It will be easier to get back into our heads; thinking, learning, writing, communicating, sending emails to the right person, driving, making deals, making decisions and all at a quicker pace.  (chop, chop)

So recess is over boys and girls, let’s put on those “thinking caps”.

We have a New Moon coming up this Sunday, May 24th. It will be at 3 degrees Gemini which is a very gregarious energy, social and fun. But remember, there’s a twin, and when this twin gets afraid of the chaos, he comes to the rescue by trying to control. The problem is….. nobody wants to be controlled.  (eek)

Look to your natal chart to see where 3 degrees Gemini lands for your personal significance. The house will give you an idea of what area of your life will be involved.  Then check to see if you have any planets, luminaries or angles at this position. Our Gemini New Moon will square the 3 degree Pisces and Virgo points. It will oppose the 3 degree Sagittarius point.  And it will trine Aquarius and Libra at 3 degrees.  If you have something occupying the 3 degree Gemini point, then you’ve got a conjunction. Saturn makes its station May 16, 2009 shifting from the appearance of retrograde to a direct course once again. Saturn represents the physical, the body, the earth, house, money, tangible things. It also represents the attributes of dependability, goal-orientation, loyalty, responsibility and orderliness.

Feeling the energy of Saturn direct, its a great time to manifest that thing we need: job, friend, pet, car, strong body, apartment, house, garden, etc.

Its the time for what’s been growing within as concept, plan or goal to take form, materialize, especially after Mercury adds its forward movement energy on May 30th.

We live in a constant state of potential. The possibilities are endless. And we are infinite beings able to shift our consciousness toward abundance, inspiration and appreciation.

Starting with appreciation, interject it into your thoughts continuously, feel it from your heart center, let it reside in your solar plexus. We manifest from what we carry in the solar plexus area. What are you carrying in the pit of your stomach? Is it fear? worry? guilt? old traumas? Those patterns can be released, we’ve all collected them over the years, but they can be evicted. Appreciation can produce a chemical reaction, changing the patterns we hold in our heart center and solar plexus, giving us much better material from which to manifest. Quality in, quality out.

Coming from this higher level of consciousness, its easier to be inspired. Inspiration is directly connected to creativity, imagination, peace, majesty, beauty, harmony, joy. The more we go about our daily routine feeling inspired by these higher vibrations and the more we do what we feel inspired to do, the more abundantly we are able to imagine and create.

Warning: Shifting your consciousness can be powerful.

On May 6, 2009, Mercury doesn’t even get to make itself at home in Gemini, the sign it rules, when it turns retrograde at 1  degree. It will backtrack its way to 22 degrees Taurus where it will make its station and go direct again May 30th. If either of these degrees coincide with degrees or angles in your chart it will have more of an effect, or if Mercury/Gemini has a strong presence in your chart. If your natal Mercury is retrograde just watch out for everybody else who’s dealing with it.

For me, Mercury turning retrograde at 1 degree Gemini triggers my Cardinal Cross. Well, just shoot me now!
